Advanced Technology – Superior Results

  • Offset Printing
  • Hot Stamping
  • Die Cutting
  • Litho-lamination
  • Folder Gluing

Offset printing is an indirect printing process where the ink is first transferred from the printing plate to a rubber offset cylinder, and then onto the cardboard or other substrate. This rubber cylinder ensures precise and uniform image transfer onto the cardboard packaging.

In our process, we utilize both conventional and UV printing technologies, working with low-migration inks and varnishes that are safe for food contact.

Today, offset printing is among the most widely used printing techniques, ideal for magazines and books, as well as folding cartons and packaging for a broad range of products in the consumer goods industry. High image quality, simple plate production, durability, and cost-effectiveness make this technology exceptionally attractive..

Our state-of-the-art Hot Stamping technology (Re*Flect Finesse) is one of the most popular choices for luxury packaging, particularly for folding cartons and labels. This process adds a touch of elegance and sophistication, significantly enhancing the product's overall aesthetic and shelf appeal.

The process is highly flexible, allowing for full customization of designs and logos, while the metallization used ensures superior resistance and durability. As a result, the packaging maintains its premium quality and flawless finish throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Die cutting is a process in which material such as paper and cardboard is precisely cut using a specialized tool—a die—on a dedicated machine (die press). This technique enables the production of completely identical shapes across high volumes, making it a standard in the packaging industry for mass production and custom-made packaging solutions.

The cut passes through the material, separating the finished product from the cardboard or paper sheet, while creasing is performed as a partial cut to facilitate easy folding on customers' packaging lines. The cutting and creasing process can be executed using flatbed or rotary die cutting systems. .

For complex shapes, laser technology can also be utilized for both cutting and creasing, providing high precision without the need for physical knives.

Litho-lamination is a process in which corrugated board is bonded with a high-quality printed and finished layer to achieve an attractive, smooth, and glossy surface. During this procedure, a printed sheet is joined with the base material under pressure. The base material can consist of either rolls or sheets of corrugated board.

The top layer is most commonly coated paper, supplied from a pre-printed roll. These two layers are then bonded using a combination of heat and pressure, resulting in a uniform, glossy surface that significantly enhances the visual appeal of the packaging.

Litho-lamination is an efficient and cost-effective way to achieve a premium look and high print quality on corrugated board, making it one of the most popular techniques in packaging production and the graphic industry..

Folding carton gluing is a crucial process in the packaging industry, as it transforms flat die-cut and creased blanks into finished boxes ready for filling. Depending on the design, a wide range of different folding carton shapes can be glued.

As the die-cut and creased blank passes through the machine, the flaps are automatically folded and glued, ensuring high-speed and precise packaging production. Quality control systems monitor the entire process, guaranteeing that the finished products fully meet all technical and visual specifications.

Can you handle high-volume orders on short notice?

Our production facility has a daily output capacity of 1.5 million+ boxes, depending on their dimensions and complexity. This allows us to meet large-scale demands with rapid turnaround times.

Do you offer quality control during the production process?

Yes. We have multiple integrated control points throughout the production cycle. This starts with Densitronic spectral color control during the printing stage and extends to our folder-gluers, which are equipped with high-speed quality inspection cameras. These advanced systems allow us to guarantee a final product that perfectly aligns with our customers' exact specifications and quality requirements.

What technologies do you use?

Printing is based on KBA Offset machines in two formats, B1 and B2, allowing us to fulfill all printing requirements.
For die-cutting, we have 2 flatbed die-cutters and 4 cylinder machines to achieve the capacities required by our offset machines.
For the final gluing of the boxes, we use 4 gluing machines ranging from 1 to 6 gluing points.
