Gluing Types and Technological Capabilities
D Box is equipped with advanced "Multipoint" gluing technology, allowing us to fulfill any structural design requirement:

1-Point Gluing: Standard boxes (straight line / side seam).

3-Point Gluing (Auto-lock / Crash-lock bottom): The most popular choice for heavier products (bottles, jars); the bottom forms automatically when the side walls are pressed.

4 and 6-Point Gluing (4/6 Corner): Ideal for trays, lids, and shallow boxes (e.g., for pastries or textiles).
We utilize advanced glue monitoring systems to guarantee that every single box is perfectly bonded before leaving the machine.
Furthermore, we work with a variety of adhesives—including cold dispersion and hot-melt—tailoring our choice to the cardboard surface (such as laminated or UV-varnished finishes). This ensures bond durability and integrity under all environmental conditions.
