D Box

Die Cutting

High-quality printing is ineffective if a box is poorly assembled or fails to close correctly. Die-cutting is a critical engineering process in D Box production, where flat cardboard sheets are transformed into their final, three-dimensional form. We utilize high-precision automated machinery that simultaneously performs contour cutting, creasing (preparing the fold lines), and perforation.

Our objective is zero tolerance for errors. Every cut must be clean, and every crease must be deep enough to allow effortless folding without compromising the integrity of the cardboard fibers. Thanks to this meticulous approach, D Box packaging performs flawlessly on your automated packing lines, eliminating downtime and waste in your production process.

Unlimited Design and Shape Possibilities

Move beyond standard square boxes. Our die-cutting technology enables the creation of custom-shaped packaging—ranging from complex display boxes to innovative windowed designs. We utilize laser-cut die tools that guarantee the millionth impression is identical to the very first.

Technical Precision and Special Operations

PThe die-cutting process at D Box includes advanced operations such as automated stripping (waste removal). This ensures that you receive clean pallets of finished products, ready for further processing, without wasting time on manual cleaning of excess cardboard.

Additionally, we offer Embossing and Debossing in a single pass, allowing us to highlight logos or design details with raised or recessed elements without the use of ink. For the pharmaceutical industry, we provide Braille embossing directly during the die-cutting process, strictly adhering to all legal regulations and readability standards. Whether working with thin duplex board or thick corrugated board, our machine pressures are calibrated to deliver perfect results every time.
